RECEIVING AND QUALITY CONTROL: Raw meters are kept in a designated area, and a location system has to be followed. All the materials must be audited before being kept in the warehouse. All the incoming materials are recorded in the ERP.

Auditor and checkers
Fabric inspection and rolling: After dyeing, the fabric will be checked correctly and rolled accordingly. This is a critical process as only the correct fabric can be stored in the warehouse and marked duly; also, as per company policy, we can only hold the correct fabric for a week at maximum. We have to get the approval and send the correct/ ok fabric to the customer.

Chemical warehouse: All the chemical receiving are recorded in the Erp and kept properly in the designated area.

Dispatch supervisor and colour man.
Dispatch and Distribution: Each day, a dispatch from the warehouse to the customer has been recorded, and also, in the chemicals and colour store, all the chemicals are given and recorded.
