Website content is general information and an invitation to discuss services; it is not a binding offer. A project begins only after both parties approve the relevant proposal, scope, pricing and engagement terms.

Solvinex provides digital strategy, design, development, ecommerce, mobile, SEO, marketing, branding, automation, maintenance and related services. Exact deliverables, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria and support are defined in writing for each engagement.

• Material scope changes may require revised timelines and fees.
• Third-party approvals, app stores, search rankings, advertising platforms and external integrations remain outside our sole control.

You agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, authorised access and lawful content needed for delivery. You are responsible for rights to supplied logos, media, copy, data, software and credentials, and for final legal or regulatory review of your business content.

Delays in approvals, assets, access or decisions may affect delivery dates. You must protect credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.

Fees, currency, taxes, deposit, milestones and payment dates are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless that document says otherwise, payments for completed work and committed project capacity are non-refundable. Approved third-party expenses may be charged separately.

Cancellation, pause and rescheduling rules are project-specific. If an engagement ends early, amounts remain payable for completed work, committed time and non-cancellable costs. Nothing here removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to use them for the engagement.

Deliverables

Ownership or licensing of final deliverables is defined in the project agreement and normally transfers only after full payment. Solvinex retains ownership of pre-existing tools, know-how, reusable components, processes and generic techniques. Open-source and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

Website and portfolio content

Unless a different owner or licence is identified, Solvinex original website copy, graphics, interface artwork, code, documentation, case-study narratives and showcase presentations may not be copied, mirrored, republished, sold, used in another portfolio or presented as another party's work without written permission. Watermarks and ownership notices must not be removed, hidden or cropped. Client names, trademarks and client-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Additional permitted-use and infringement-reporting information appears in our Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice. We will not publish confidential project information as a case study without an appropriate basis or permission.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, probing, scraping that disrupts service, malware distribution or circumvention of security controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful content.
• Do not misrepresent identity or use our content, brand or website to imply an unauthorised relationship.

We may restrict activity that threatens security, availability, other users or our lawful interests.

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except for express written commitments and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and general content are provided “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific revenue, rankings, leads, platform approval or commercial outcomes.

Projects may rely on hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, payment providers, advertising networks or other third parties. Their availability, pricing, policies, security and changes are controlled by them and may require separate accounts and terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data. Any project-specific liability allocation is governed by the signed agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or other non-excludable statutory obligations.

We may revise these website terms and will update the date shown above. Continued use after publication means the updated website terms apply from that point.

Unless a signed agreement specifies another forum or governing law, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in India and disputes are subject to the competent courts of New Delhi, India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your location.
