Key Quality SOP Highlights:
Fabric Testing & R&D Approval
2-piece fabric samples undergo shrinkage, color fastness, and lab testing.
Internal PPM conducted based on R&D and lab findings.
Pre-Production & Buyer Alignment
Internal & External PPM setup with buyer instructions documented.
Trial run initiated with 200pcs and line setup as per OB sheet.
Line Setup & Monitoring
Mock cards, SPI indicators, and quality parameters displayed on the line.
End-line checker performs 100% inspection with hourly production reporting.
Inline Review & Bulk Approval
AQM checks first 5 pcs for wash stability and fit approval.
Spec measurement and visual audits every hour ensure consistency.
Final Quality Audits & Corrections
NQC performs line walks and reviews for any corrective actions.
AQL-based audits are conducted before sending goods to I/R.
Finishing Stage Approvals
Thread cutting, wash trials, ironing, and measurement verification are documented.
Final audit before packaging includes tag check, thread removal, and label accuracy.
Metal Detection & Packing SOP
Every piece passes through a metal detector with 2-hour calibration logs.
Country-specific packing and PO-wise sorting is ensured before shipment.
Final Shipment Authorization
Final QA is conducted by NQC and Buying QA.
Container stuffing verified and sealed as per dispatch documentation.
