Sudden Breakdowns are those that suddenly machines are broken and rectified immediately on the site/ Department.
Prevantive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance is in which we are preventive over the machine periodically in advance of a given time. In this, we made a preventive Maintenance calendar and marked all the machine maintenance with the help of a machine checklist.

New Parts/ Replacing
Changing/ Replacing new parts is done periodically and working on the parts.
The decision to change parts is made by the maintenance head and recorded.
