After receiving all necessary material, approvals, confirmations and go-aheads like sealer sample, ORA, PORA and final corrected pattern, the factory R&D team starts working on 2 pcs to ensure process perfection till bulk stage. Internal lab testing includes shrinkage, dry/wet color fastness.

Based on R&D team's review of 2 pcs and lab reports (pre & post wash), Factory Head and Quality Head decide to schedule internal PPM.
