a. All the claimed material suppliers are given TC-Certificate for fabric (Organic and recycled fabric).

b.All the chemical suppliers have given Gots/Zdhc-approved chemical certificates to us.
c. All the invoices of claimed fabric are recorded.
After Receiving of fabric and chemicals
On the ERP system.

Locations
a. Organic and recycled fabrics are kept in the separate designated area in the greige department.
b. Chemicals that are Gots/ ZDHC are kept on the pallets separately and marked.
After Receiving of fabric and chemicals In the Greige area and chemical area.

Issuing/ Distribution
a.Before issuing the claimed material fabric to the dyeing we are writing the claimed fabric (Organic/ Recycle) on lots.
b. Chemicals are issued as per the job card in which chemical information is written.
c.Chemical is issued separately and recorded.
Issuing the fabric/ chemical and color
On the ERP system.

Precession
a.Claimed fabric/ chemical are kept separately and duly marked
b. Separate Machines are allocated for claimed fabric.
c.Chemicals are given by the authorized person with a PPE kit Wearing.
