This changeover process is to get Good, perfect quality.

a. In both processes, machines are set as per the fabric.
b. In both the processes machines are set as per the fabric that will be used and processed next.
c. Chemical and Temp are pre-collected before starting the process of new material.
d. Work as per the job card of the new material process.
